We want our reviews to be worth trusting. That means assessing every app the same way against consistent criteria, being open about how we earn, and keeping our content up to date. Here's our methodology.

Our assessment criteria

How scoring works

Each area is scored from 1 to 5 as our editorial assessment based on the factors above. The overall score is a weighted blend, with chat quality and memory weighted most heavily because they affect the experience most. A score of 4.5 or higher means we consider it among the app is excellent in its category.
